Over a two-day event held at the Historic Adventist Village in Battle Creek, Michigan, the Lake Union Public Affairs and Religious Liberty department hosted an event focused on our early Adventist pioneers and their civic engagement.
Those who attended were treated to dynamic speakers, presentations, a tour, and discussions focused on social engagement and community service. From honoring our pioneer legacy to embracing our role as Jesus’s hands and feet, presentations connected us to our Seventh-day Adventist values. Let’s carry this spirit forward, making positive changes in our society with the power of the Holy Spirit.
